Rachel Orme fits in nicely with our stable of creative designer makers. Her tooled leather bags are made from beautifully patterned embossed leathers and have limited edition Liberty print linings. She uses a controlled colour palette of Chestnut Brown, Rustic Tan and Black. Her classic shapes and minimal styling make these a must have for a woman that wants her bags to be practical and eye catching without screaming a statement that exists with the current flow if ‘It’ bags available today.
Orme was trained under the watchful eye of Anthony Vrahmis, who has trained many London based designers as well as being talented craftsman and designer himself.
Orme enjoys making her bags and loves working with unusual materials to create something that is timeless and sturdy and whilst stylish does not conform to the vagaries of fashion. The vintage edge of these bags are updated with solid brass fittings and their simplicity, which allows the luxe of the material speak for itself.
Orme loves also working to a customer brief and offers a bespoke service and will gladly create the bag of your dreams.
